Terms of Service

Billis is a general document formatting and management tool for creating quotations, invoice-style documents, billing statements, payment requests, and receipts. It is not an accounting, tax filing, point-of-sale, or government-authorized invoicing system. Billis documents are not official tax invoices or receipts.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.

• Free — ₱0, up to 10 documents per month, with a Billis watermark.
• Starter — ₱99 per 30 days.
• Pro — ₱199 per 30 days.

Paid access is purchased in advance through PayMongo for one 30-day period. Billis does not automatically charge you for another period; you can renew by completing another checkout. Prices are in Philippine Pesos and may change with notice; changes apply only to future purchases.

You agree not to:

• Use Billis to create false, fraudulent, or unlawful documents.
• Misrepresent Billis documents as accredited or official receipts or invoices.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, or access other users' data.
• Resell or misuse the service in violation of these terms or applicable law.

You own the business and client data and documents you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content to operate the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you enter.

Billis, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us. These terms do not grant you rights to our branding except to use the service as intended.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that documents produced meet any specific legal, tax, or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for verifying compliance for your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using Billis and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; see the Privacy Policy for data deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
