Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Billis Starter and Pro plans. The Free plan involves no payment.
1. Subscriptions
Starter and Pro are billed monthly in advance through PayMongo and renew automatically each period until you cancel. Each successful payment grants access for that billing month.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan in your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Auto-renewal is turned off, so you are not charged again.
- After the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
3. Refunds
Because plans are monthly and low-cost, payments are generally non-refundable for the current period, and we do not pro-rate partial months. However, we want you to be treated fairly:
- Duplicate or accidental charges — contact us within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous charge.
- Billing errors on our side — we will correct and refund them.
- Service not delivered — if a payment succeeded but your plan was not activated, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Approved refunds are returned through PayMongo to your original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@billis.online from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
